How quickly will my crystal arrive and what will delivery cost?
Orders for our beautiful crystals will be dispatched within two business days. Postage costs are £5.00 for all orders up to 10kg. Free postage on orders over £150
What is the return policy for Purely Dreamy crystals?
Returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately at purely.dreamy25@gmail.com if your crystal arrives damaged excluding natural inclusions.
Are there any time limits or conditions for returns?
Returns for damaged items should be made within 7 days of receiving the item and must be in their original packaging. Please Note this does NOT include natural inclusions on the Crystals.
